 If you love kids, elderly or doing cleaning than you have come to the right place. We look for Candidates who are over 18 years old, who have childcare, elderly and cleaning experience, who are warm, reliable and have integrity.
In addition to short term and part time positions we also have some longer term placements available. So you don't have to make a year's commitment.
Once selected as a Candidate withIn a Pinch, you will have an opportunity to interview for a longer term position, or take temporary babysitting jobs as often as you like.

The list below will outline basic requirements to help us find you a perfect match with potential employers.
- Good command of the English language is essential
- A clean up-to-date criminal record
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field you are applying for
- Provide at least 2 recent references
- You must provide certification of CPR and first aid or agree to update your skills within 3 months of working for In a Pinch
